Why we started
Burnwell.
We’re Jeff and Graham. Sauna has been part of our lives for years, and when Graham bought one for his cottage, the whole thing happened over email, with little room to ask questions. We thought buying a sauna should be better than that.
So Burnwell is built around a phone call: two owners who know the product, straight advice about what suits your property, and a clear price at the end.

What’s included in the price?
The sauna as you’ve configured it, with delivery and installation anywhere inside the line on our service map. Upgrades you choose in the builder change the total, and HST is added at invoice. Electrical hookup, site preparation and any extra site services are separate unless your written quote includes them.
Where are delivery and installation included?
Inside the red boundary on our map, which covers much of Southern and Central Ontario: London, Kitchener, Hamilton, Niagara, the GTA, Barrie and Huntsville among them. The map is the deciding line. If you’re near it, send us the address and we’ll confirm.
Can you deliver outside the mapped area?
Ask us. Send the address and the model you have in mind, and we’ll quote delivery and installation for your location before you commit to anything.
Does installation include electrical hookup?
No. Installation is the sauna itself; hookup is connecting an electric heater to your panel. We can arrange hookup as a separate, priced service within about an hour of Huntsville, a smaller area than our delivery map. Beyond that, your electrician makes the connection.
