The sauna as you’ve configured it, with delivery and installation anywhere inside the line on our service map. Upgrades you choose in the builder change the total, and HST is added at invoice. Electrical hookup, site preparation and any extra site services are separate unless your written quote includes them.

No. Installation is the sauna itself; hookup is connecting an electric heater to your panel. We can arrange hookup as a separate, priced service within about an hour of Huntsville, a smaller area than our delivery map. Beyond that, your electrician makes the connection.

Wood-fired means lighting and tending a fire, and a chimney. Electric means a switch, steadier heat and a proper electrical supply, and every upgraded electric heater we offer is Wi-Fi capable, so you can start the sauna from your phone before you head out. Most models offer both. Six-foot-diameter Classic and Premium Barrels are wood-burning only, and the Indoor Sauna is electric. Tell us how you picture using it and we’ll help you choose.

Start with how many people will use it at once and whether you like to sit up or stretch out. Then look at the footprint you have, the bench layout, the windows and whether a porch or changeroom would earn its space. Send us those preferences and a few site photos and we’ll narrow it down with you.

Flat, level and stable, sized to the model. A compacted gravel pad, patio stones or a concrete pad are the usual choices. Confirm the exact footprint and support requirements with us before you build it.

Tell us early and send photos of the whole route to the spot. Gates, tight turns, slopes, docks and water crossings all change the plan. If a barge or crane is needed, it’s arranged and quoted before you order.

Many standard orders are estimated at three to four weeks from a cleared deposit. The specific build, the season and how ready your site is can move that, so your written quote carries the current estimate.

A 50% deposit is typical. Your quote and agreement set out the exact deposit, the balance and when each is due, so you can read it all before you commit.

Burnwell-installed saunas carry a five-year workmanship warranty, and sauna heaters are covered for two years under the applicable warranty terms. Your agreement and the current product warranty give the details and exclusions. Hot tubs, plunges and sheds have their own coverage, confirmed in your quote.

You do, unless your written scope says otherwise. Check what your municipality requires for a structure and heater like yours before installation. Electrical planning and connection go through a licensed electrician for the exact heater you’ve chosen.
