01 / Choose your sauna.
Start with how many people you’d like to seat, what you want to see from the bench, and whether you’d rather tend a fire or turn a dial. Compare the models, then open the builder to try sizes, heaters and finishes with the price updating as you go.
If you’d rather talk first, send us a couple of photos of the spot and tell us what you have in mind.
02 / Walk us through the property.
We’ll ask about the address, where the sauna will sit, what it will sit on and how we get it there. Narrow gates, steep driveways, cottage roads and island access are all workable; we just want to know early.
Inside our mapped Ontario service area, delivery and installation are already in the price. Outside it, we quote them for your location. Site preparation, electrical hookup and any extra site services, such as a barge or crane, are always priced separately.
03 / Get it all in writing.
Your quote sets out the model, size, heater, options and price, along with any separately agreed services, the deposit, the balance, the estimated timing and the warranty. Nothing is left to memory.
A 50% deposit is typical. Many standard orders are estimated at three to four weeks from a cleared deposit. The specific build, the season and the readiness of your site can all move that, so we confirm the current estimate before you commit.
04 / Prepare the site.
Build the agreed level base, clear the route in and arrange any approvals or electrical work. Once your configuration is confirmed, we’ll send the site information for your exact model, so there’s no guesswork about the footprint.
For electric saunas, we can arrange the hookup as a separate service within about an hour of Huntsville. Further afield, your electrician handles the connection.
05 / Installation day.
We deliver and install the sauna, then walk you through the finished build and how to look after it. An electric sauna needs its electrical connection completed before first use.
