Delivery is included only when the address is inside Burnwell’s mapped Southern and Central Ontario service boundary and the site matches the confirmed scope. Island delivery, barges, cranes, difficult access, foundations, electrical work and other site services are not assumed; they must be addressed in writing.
Before installation
A stable base and a clear route are essential.
The final base depends on the selected sauna and property. A prepared gravel pad, patio stones, concrete or a structure designed for the completed load may be appropriate. The delivery route must also be measured and free of obstacles.
